Website descriptions do not constitute a fixed-price offer. Pricing is confirmed through a written proposal, quotation, order form or project agreement.
Unless a written proposal states a different schedule, a standard project may use 40% advance payment to begin work, 30% after the first major milestone and 30% before final deployment or source-code handover.
Applicable taxes are added as required by law
Third-party licences, hosting, domains, paid APIs and similar costs may be billed separately
Work may be paused when an invoice remains overdue
Final files, deployment or ownership transfer may depend on payment of outstanding amounts
Important: The payment schedule stated in the accepted proposal, invoice or signed agreement will always take priority over this general website description.

A project may be cancelled by written notice, subject to the commercial terms agreed for that engagement.
Payments relating to completed work, approved milestones and non-refundable third-party expenses are not refundable. Any amount received for work that has not started may be considered for refund after deducting completed work, committed resources, applicable taxes and unavoidable charges.

Delivery dates depend on timely content, credentials, feedback, approvals and other client dependencies. Delays in these inputs may affect the agreed schedule.
Unless a written agreement states otherwise, completed projects include 30 calendar days of complimentary post-launch technical support for reproducible defects within the agreed project scope.
